Shipping Policy

  1. Orders will be delivered in 15 business days or less depending on the remoteness of the delivery destination. (3 business days for order processing followed by 12 business days for transit).
  2. Orders from COVID containment zones to be picked up by buyers from nearest courier office concerned
  3. The order processing and delivery times mentioned here and on product pages is the standard time for order processing and delivery. It will not be applicable in situations of national emergency, natural disaster, epidemic, curfew, act of god and other such scenarios on which we do not have any control. In such situations communication regarding revised order processing/delivery times will be posted upfront on this website and will supersede all related information elsewhere on this website and the information in automated emails/messages from us or our channel/payment gateway partners.  Your usage of the website and order placement will be taken as your agreement to such shipping terms and conditions. 
  4. The number of days of order delivery and processing times mentioned anywhere (on this website or elsewhere like emails, sms, whatsapp messages etc. from us) will by default stand for business/working days and not calendar days.  
  5. Orders will be shipped via third party logistics. Order shipment /consignment number will be mailed on request via email on customercare@esfl.co.in email id, with link to concerned courier service provider’s shipment tracking page.
  6. Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However in case this in not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and discuss the options available like earliest availability of the concerned product, adjustment of the invoice details etc.
  7. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person during order delivery other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
  8. Since the transactions are authorised by the payee /customer, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
  9. The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as “available” on this Site.
  10. Empire Spices & Foods Ltd. (ESFL) shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.
  11. ESFL will consider the order delivery “completed due to non-delivery” in the following cases :–
  • Delivery not done due to wrong address provided by payee /customer.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh /Curfew we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date or deem the order completed due to unavoidable circumstances outside our control.

12. In case the product is not delivered / bounced back to us, due to any of the reasons mentioned in point number 11 we will consider the order complete and no refund will be made for the same.
